In March 2002, William Lee formed Compeer Partners LLC with Michael Sauer and David Clark. Compeer Partners is a Corporate Finance Advisory Firm that provides entrepreneurial firms with the following services: Business Brokerasge and M&A Advisory Services, Business Valuations and Management Consulting.

Compeer Partners mission is to guide owners and management teams seeking to maximize their enterprise value. We execute our mission utilizing our Partners years of experience and uncompromising commitment to quality and integrity.

Compeer maintains relationships with Venture Capital firms, private equity partners, mezzanine investors and commercial lenders alike. We also have relationships with investment advisors, trust departments, attorneys, CPA’s and Federal/State/Local tax experts.
